List of Duality spectrums

The Yin-Yang dance.
Its just like a pendulum.
Movement to one side simultaneously creates the potential to swing to the other side and vice versa.
Another way to imagine this is to think of it as a spectrum analyzer in your music system.
Lets say the high point is the +ve experience and the low point is the -ve experience.

Each of the below can be columns in this spectrum analyzer shown.
The overall experience that then unfolds moment to moment is MUSIC.

God is the highest abstract principle

From a higher viewpoint:
From the dimension higher than experience point of view,
All experience is equivalent,
And this dimension is at rest outside of all experience.
It is transcendent of all experience.
All experiences are ‘experience flavor’
– All sensory experiences are ‘sensory flavor’
– All material experiences are ‘material flavor’
– All emotional experiences are ’emotion flavor’
– All mental experiences are ‘mental flavor’
When seen from this abstract point of view, the point of view transcends the specific forms in each of these flavors.
Now this abstract point of view, is form agnostic, and allows ANY form to exist because all form is equivalent.
The more abstract you go, the more and more forms in various planes of experience get freedom and your identification is moved to higher and higher levels of abstraction until you reach the ‘GOD’ identification.
The GOD identification is the most abstract and that is why ‘Journey to God, is the same as Journey to the Abstract’.

Implicit and Explicit are ONE and the picture is always WHOLE

It occurs to me whether you serve your needs or other people’s needs, from a higher viewpoint, they both are equivalent – i.e. basically movement towards serving need appearances.
Whether things drive you
OR you drive things
what difference does it ultimately make
what difference does it make, which side of the dance you are in?
Because from the level above, both are equivalent.
Its still a dance between 2, and is whole.
In one, you choose the yin role and the other takes the yang role.
In the other case, you choose the yang role, the other takes the yin role.
Ultimately a receiver needs a giver and the giver needs a receiver.
Thats how energetically things fit into each other like a lock and key.
The Yin attracts Yang for its wholeness. The Yang attracts the Yin for its wholeness.
All energy is attempting to complete itself.
If you realize you are all the energy that exists.
You see yourself as both Yin and Yang, and then the identification with Yin or Yang is transcended.
Now you are both and neither.
Once the identification with Yin, Yang is transcended
Both voluntary and involuntary actions become equivalent.
Control and non-control are seen as one.
Duality itself is transcended.
Then any appearance is alright.
In some situations, you are the Yin, in some you are the Yang,
but you flow seamlessly because you see wholeness in both.
When you are explicitly Yang, the implicit aspect in your experience is a Yin.
And vice versa.
You see both the explicit and implicit as ONE and the picture is WHOLE no matter what appears.

Illustration of separate self to enlightenment

Lets say you are an atom. Being enlightened is like if the atom was aware of its own nature as infinite potential. So wherever this atom goes and no matter what other atoms it witnesses, it witness them as ‘ITSELF’ in a different possibility (one of its own possibilities).

In the illustration below:

First atom 1 sees itself as 1, and sees all other atoms as different from itself. Then on enlightenment, the atom realizes it contains within its nature the potential to be every other atom in existence.

Breath of the divine dimensionless point

Say, we start off as a moving point of awareness which contains in it the potential for a full breath. Now the breath begins to expand the circle of awareness around the point (i.e. the point sees itself in relationship to all other points in its circle of awareness). Now the point may appear to move relative to the other points in its circle of awareness, but since all motion is relative, the point is actually still. Once this expanding breath has completely released it potential from the point, the circle of awareness is largest, around the point. After this, the contracting breath starts and the circle of awareness is pulled back into the point.

Now this illustration is happening linearly or in TIME. If we go beyond time, then both expansion and contraction are one event.

Expansion implies contraction.

Every expansion generates a proportional potential for contraction.

Contraction implies expansion.

Every contraction generates a proportional potential for expansion.

Expansion and Contraction are one process.

Identity, Chakras and density

1st – Physical, 2nd – Relationship, passion, 3rd – Identity, values, society, 4th – Accepting/Loving all living things, 5th – Creative expression, art – painting, dance, music, 6th – Thought, dreams, 7th – transcendent realities

Our true identity is everything, all of the 7 chakras and their energy frequencies.

I have imagined it as a long tubelight of awareness shining across all the frequencies.

Density increasing from the bottom to the top.

Giving and Taking

Do not give what is not truly/freely/unconditionally taken.
Do not take what is not truly/freely/unconditionally given.
Because what is not truly/freely/unconditionally given comes with bondage.
What is not truly/freely/unconditionally taken is not of any value anyway.

You have never left infinity

Lets say there are infinite points to start with.
Say you are in one of those points.
Now the point where you are at, in in relationship with every other point.
So that makes infinite relationships with all other points of view from your point.
Now you yourself move from point to point at every moment.
So accordingly your relationship with all other points is new from your new point.
So that is the reason, there is always wholeness or infinity from every point of view.
Because every point of view is in relationship with all other points of view.
So no matter what point you stand on, you are witnessing your relationship with all other infinite points of view
And therefore, you have never left infinity.

All energy is basically ‘experience energy’ which is directly YOU

If all experience is the experience of energy
And if energy can be of infinite frequency range in a spectrum from grossest to subtlest
(infinity)Grossest ———————-<spectrum>————————–Subtlest(infinity)
And if all energy is essential MY FORM
Then MY IDENTITY is the — infinite potential force — behind all these energies.
My experience right now, is energy in a certain configuration.
What difference does it make what configuration energy(me) is in?
And if all experiences and emotions are a certain frequency of direct experience of energy – and if I am that energy itself and all its range, then what difference does anything make? Everything is me.
ALL possibilities, ALL emotions, ALL experience is me.
In-fact I can say, there is only experience energy at different vibratory frequencies in existence.
At every level or plane, in the spectrum from subtle to gross, there are infinite experiences possible.

Again it depends, where your identification experience energy is (gross or subtle), and where the remaining experience energy configuration (subtle or gross) is.
If your identification experience energy is with the subtle, but your remaining experience energy is with the gross, then your goal will be to free yourself from the gross to find freedom.
In case, your identification experience energy is gross, but the remaining energy configuration is subtle, you would only distinctly aware of your grossness, like in sitting meditation, say you feel your body as a solid energy but almost nothing else, you might feel possibly scared or terror.
Ego is the conditional invisible matrix that accepts a narrow band of energy points and rejects the rest.
The ego is basically conditional love and everything else is a threat to it.
The God/Overself is all the points in the entire spectrum and planes. It is unconditional love for everything.
When the ego fades away, there is only God left.
The ego is a temporary being that God dreams up and then returns to himself.
Life being an ego is exactly like experience in a dream. You think you need to do x,y,z or that x,y,z is this and that. But when you wake up all of it was dreamed up and not true. Its similar to that.

Everyone is a spark of divine creation and inspiration

The divine spark of creation is everywhere in all living things which is what animates them, makes them do all kinds of things with divine inspiration.
Divine inspiration is what animates all of us.
Everything is moving because of that.
A child for example, is filled with divine inspiration OR awareness of potential.
We are all creation of divine inspiration. We are willed to exist here by divine will.
Once this divine presence and spark is found, nothing else is ever needed in life.
After all, we falsely try to find the source essence outwards, when in reality it is found entirely inwards.
Death is only the fading of this divine spark away from the creation object’s current state and into a potential, which results in the transmutation of the creation object. When death happens, not the physical, but at the ego level, then the divine spark of creation is withdrawn and moved to contemplation, as a result the old creation object loses its power to exist, it starts changing slowly and the old object fades away and is replaced by the transformed object.
There is no death, only change.
A radical change we call death.
Just like the law ‘Energy is neither created nor destroyed, the total energy of the universe is constant (and infinite)’
Nothing ever dies, there is only infinite change in the same ineffable substance of consciousness.
There is also the divine spark present in the contemplation.
The spark in that case turns itself inward to find its way back to the source from the creation object.
So in a sense, our nature (God’s presence) never leaves us, because that is consciousness itself.
In a way, nothing is created, nothing is destroyed.
There is only endless infinite transformation in consciousness. Like the Ouroboros snake.
The substance of consciousness is not an object but an ineffable infinite.
To be the substance of consciousness is to be the infinite.
The sleep every night refreshes you for 1 day.
The sleep of death refreshes you for an entire lifetime.
So its refreshing quality would have to be atleast a million times of night sleep.
Imagine this sleep and its quality.
The experience of divine inspiration to create. The creative impulse.
This could possibly be one of the greatest experiences possible.
To feel infinite potential directly.
