Any emotion fully and totally expressed is joy.
(Even fully expressed sadness is sublime)
All potentials appearing in each moment are allowed to flow and are fully released/expressed every moment.
Any control is pain/restriction/stifling/numbing/inhibiting/constraining.
All JOY is expression.
All expression is flow.
Joy is a VERB and not a noun.
The joy is in the flow, and not in the thing.
The beauty of the flow, leaves one spellbound, enthralled, absorbed, feeling hallowed.
A beautiful life lived in not in the things/nouns
But it is in the VERB, the FORCE that you ALLOW yourself to become
It is in the allowing, a 100% allowing of your natural flow which anyway IS, if you do not get in the way.
