Experiential Reality needs no proof

There is no proof needed for experiential reality.
The experience and the proof are one.
Because proof is to simply add a certification/validation/confirmatory wrapper over the raw information.
It is an additive layer that gives validity to the whole package – furnishing the package with proof and consequently certifying its validity too.
In experiential reality, the seeing is either present or absent.
If present then no proof is needed, it is already ascertained.

To become aware of something new, is expansion and realization of consciousness itself.
You either see it (realize it) or you don’t.
It is your sensitivity to see it or not.
Most practices are only invitations/favorable conditions to sensitize you to seeing certain spaces/phenomena OR they awaken certain sensitivities lying below your current threshold.

Some of the vain myths that may occupy the sexual chakra

LOC = level of consciousness (a term taken from the ‘David Hawkins calibrated Levels of consciousness’)

PART 1: Attraction to LOC 150-175:
Shame core -> Outer raging (to hide the shame).

They believe they are already rejected/shamed, their heart is closed and does not see, but rather only projects its inner reality outward.
Then from that vision, all they see is their hated objects, and they rage at it and try to prove to the world that they are worthy.
They punish everyone else who is attracted to them, by “impossible demands” -> purposely to take out the rage.
It is a “vengeance” life. All of their outer life is about proving to the world their worth and being vengeant towards the world.
This is purposely done, so that intimacy is never achieved.
They prove in a self-fulfilling prophecy: “[internal shame + internal distrust of the world + They believe the world is unfair/not good] -> and then project that vision, and then rage/attack at it for not being so while also trying to prove to the world that they are worthy/good/deserve acceptance and love”.
This is a fractal of the [150-175] life negative LOC and it is “self-centeredness/selfishness” only.

I actually love them for their truth, and I can feel myself really wanting to heal their shame by somehow getting through all their attacks, reaching their core and then resurrecting them, and opening their heart.
I feel a strong urge to pass through all their brutal attacks with increasing intensity like a brave martyr/warrior, believing that if I somehow withstood it and reached the core, I could actually reach ‘where they are’ and resurrect that.
But since their heart is closed, the closer I get, I am only more viciously attacked and I have to ultimately retreat, because even if I did reach the core it is futile/pointless.
Their heart is closed, and they are not open to receiving.
The real reason why I abandon pursuit is when I see the futility of it, at that time, I just drop everything.
So all the sexual pursuit and putting up with the abuse, only leads to despair/futility at the end.
These people are actually extremely transparent and simple, there are only 2 layers to them: SHAME on the inside, and emanation of RAGE on the outside.

If you are attracted to a girl or guy with this pattern,
The VAIN MYTH here is that: The person can be resurrected if I tolerate their increasing rage on me until I reach their core and redeem them.
But this is a rescue fantasy again, because only THEY THEMSELVES can release their shame and heal themselves.
I will die a vain death by going into the rage fully. That is why I oscillate between the libido for sacrifice and bearing pain vs. the futility of all of it (ambivalent libido).
The promise of rescue is an illusion and therefore the mission of possible martyrdom and going into the rage is in vain.
Only when they want to heal truly, can the healing happen.
No force in the universe can make them heal otherwise.
A closed heart can only heal if it decides to open itself.
Until then nobody else can open it.
This is the law of: Respect the free will of beings, it can never be breached.
Nobody can ever open a closed-heart, it will only open when it is ready.

PART 2: Attraction to LOC 100-125:

Characteristics: “Dissociated” nihilism mindset of cluelessly fawning and taking refuge under everyone else.
Dissociation, Lostness, Numbness, Fear, Fawning.
The myth of: Rescuing the helpless lost waif, princess in distress.

Here they numb themselves out of reality and live in a dissociated space where everything looks numb and equivalent (nihilism).
The attraction here is to save/rescue/’be the savior’ of the lost/mad soul who has lost its way.
Here again, it cannot be saved, unless it WANTS to be saved.

So the VAIN MYTH here is of:
Rescuing the one who does not want to be rescued, by giving various discourses about ‘truth and themselves’ and teaching them how to see.
Again free will trumps here.
You can only help/save/rescue/’be a savior’ if the person wants to be rescued in the first place.
Only when they have reached that level of maturity and growth will they be willing. Until then you must let them be.
They cannot be forcibly dragged into truth, and must choose it out of their own free will.
Only WHEN WILLING, can they be saved and anyways there would be no resistance/suffering/problems/struggle at all if that were the case.

Ascent vs. Descent

The source breathes out existence (ex-is, meaning external isness, i.e. externalization).
And then breathes it (sucks it) back in.
This it the breath of the source, as it descends and ascends through the chakras.

Every lower chakra serves the higher in ASCENT.
1c = Survival/security/stability is to serve 2c = Community
2c = Community serves 3c = Empowerment/human goals/service activity
3c = Power/goals serves 4c = Procurement of love
4c = Love serves 5c = Wisdom/Truth
5c = Wisdom serves 6c = Vision/Experience/Consciousness
6c = Consciousness serves 7c = Non-local beyond.

Every higher chakra serves the lower in DESCENT.
7c = Non-local Beyond serves 6c = Vision/Experience/Consciousness
6c = Consciousness serves 5c = Wisdom
5c = Wisdom serves 4c = Love
4c = Love serves 3c = Power/human goals/service
3c = Power serves 2c = Community/Entertainment
2c = Community serves 1c = Survival/Security/Stability

Generally when we say, settle down in life what we refer to is a successful descent:
Using Consciousness and Wisdom (6c and 5c) – Finding what you love (4c) – Creating individuality, identity based on that (3c) – Finding a position in social circles and society with that identity, Finding a partner for a family (2c) – Using the resources and money gained for buying property, enjoying material prosperity/security/stability (1c).

The path of ascent however is the opposite movement.
One wants to go back to the source.
So from a position of relative stability/security(1c) – One seeks to find the source through community by becoming a disciple of masters (2c) – One then uses the inspiration of the masters to take responsibility for their own transcendence and becomes a ‘seeker’ (3c) – One seeks to find out what is in one’s heart and explores both its yin/yang sides (4c) – The heart then realizes its love for wisdom and pursues wisdom for its own sake (5c) – The wisdom develops and distills itself into pure polarities (6c) – Then finally the polarities are dissolved in the non-dual non-local source beyond (7c).

On Brain Transformation

The [Dynamic Ground] is the context while the [Ego] is the manager within that background context. (these terms were borrowed from the book: The Ego and the Dynamic Ground – Michael Washburn)

All [judgments/labeling/categorizing/concepting/focusing/lensing] -> is from the [Mind Net] cast over [WHAT IS (Actual Perception + Perception stemming from Memory)].
It is [Mind Vision].
To [see with the mind] is to cast this [instrument’s net].
It is to see ‘through’ this net.
But if mind is an instrument then what is the driver of this instrument? = [DESIRE]

[Conscious Desire/Interests/Passions] -> which are basically the [deeper unconscious/archetypal forces/energies/cathexis] passing through the [NET of Worldly-knowledge and memory] and getting translated into forms that can fit into the [symbolic order/outer world].
The brain works as a [CONDUIT AND NET] for [translating/prism-ing] the [inner soul unconscious subconscious desires/forces].
If this [Brain filter] is too dense, and if it serves as a very poor medium or translator for letting the [higher soul inner desires] to [manifest] through this [realm/plane/symbolic order], and if it is just [repressing/barring/walling/shielding/blocking] most of it, and if it accumulates a lot of [useless conditioned dead habits] -> then this brain instead of being a conduit becomes an [overhead/dead-weight/poor conducting/resisting medium] -> The [task/imperative] then becomes to seek higher knowledge that will help create a [BETTER CONDUCTING and LIGHTER BRIDGE], so that more of the [soul’s true desires] can be [conduit-ed/translated] into [freedom/action/expression] in this [outer realm/symbolic order/plane].
This sort of [Brain Transformation] comes from the [unmanifest/unconscious] but one can [intuit] what is happening.
[Consciously] one can only [witness and manage] the [transformation process] happening – which happens in the [background/backdrop/context].
The [imperative] therefore during [TRANSFORMATION] is to [serve the process] by being an [efficient conductor of the ORCHESTRA] that unfolds.

Notice that all change is causeless

Where is change coming from?
Feel your ‘consciousness’ and look/see where change is coming from?
From the point of view of ‘being consciousness’, what is changing the contents/scenery/appearances?
Isn’t it just causeless? All coming from nothing(no thing)?

I can even go one more level abstract.
That in truth, “nothing is changing”
The above statement can be seen in 2 ways:
1. ‘NOTHING’ as a noun/the all/the ONE/the whole field -> is -> changing
2. No-‘thing’ is changing, because all things are the same divine light
(like how the LEDs in your screen are always shining in essence and only dancing in degree of brightness causing the dance/music/play that you see on your screen as a video playing or movie.)
Also another fine differentiation I would like to make between ‘is’ and ‘IS’.
IS {The ONE is changing}
The capital ‘IS’ accommodates even the state of changing within it.
So the greatest abstraction object can be: “IS”.

God is ‘consciousness’

The plato’s world of forms are the forms of essences.
They are all present in different degrees in different people.
Everyone is innocent and unfolding their karmic potential and destiny.
They are actually god(field) playing and living as those various forms.
All forms are god and this is seen when the form dissolves.
All the people you ever met, and all of this physical world, is nothing but god’s form.
When somebody dies what happens? What is left is ashes and memories.
The person that was thought to be real, was all a play of form and it vanishes into the formless, is sucked back into the ocean of the unmanifest and the ashes return to earth.
Everything ultimately lives on inside you until you understand the truth.
There is only god, all else is an appearance.

God is the field, the infinite potential field, that MANIFESTS like THIS.
Everything that appears in this field of consciousness is god.
Everyone is a symptom of the ONE, the props of the play of the ONE.
The afraid contracting self in a world of hostile others is also the illusion and play.
Only the play is real, no character really exists, and even I do not exist.
And even the play isn’t real, only the field is real.
The field of the unmanifest, i.e. of infinite unborn potential.
All form is birthed in this field, and death is when the form returns to the field.
But the objects are no more real, than images on your computer screen.
Only the screen is real.
(consciousness is the only real entity – god is consciousness – there are no OBJECTS independent of your consciousness – all objects are made of consciousness itself – no object IS conscious or independent of your consciousness, rather, all objects ARE YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS)

Neither is the movie real (experience is not real)
Neither are the characters in the movie real (people and other creatures are not real)
Neither are the situations in the movie real
[The infinite unborn unmanifest potential + current appearance/manifest] = THAT SUBSTANCE -> IS GOD/Ultimate

Consciousness – luminance and focus

Luminance variable:
Range: bright ———– dark
Focus variable:
Range: total chaos ———– total focus

Here are some examples of different states.

Brightest consciousness (left = total chaos, right = total focus)

Dull consciousness (left = total chaos, right = total focus)

Average consciousness (medium brightness) (left = partial chaos, right = total focus)
This illustrates a case, where there is partial chaos in consciousness.
Here, like multiple tv signals overlapping along with a background noise, one perceives many frames of reality simultaneously and weakly.

average chaos clear

Desire transcends consciousness itself

Desire is what makes something real.
Desire is what imbues reality to that which we desire.
Desire is the soul.
Desire is what makes us conscious at all.
With the fading of desire, consciousness fades too.
Desire for the world is what makes the world real.
Once desire for the world fades, the previously real world fades into illusion.
It is exactly like how the desire for the movie makes the movie real.
The minute you lose all interest in the movie, the movie is just a light-show, an illusion, and you find yourself back in the theater seat.

Desire = Interest = Investment
Your desire is what gives reality to the world and its objects, to this physical reality, and even to the mental reality.
The ‘world’ is an object in your consciousness.
Desire -> Consciousness[Mind -> Body and World]
Mind is the object of consciousness.
And the body and world are objects of the mind.
Your mental interest makes the body and world come alive.
Lose desire, and you return to the infinite unborn unmanifest emptiness.
Desire is the ‘reality giver’ to all of the manifest in all its forms.
Our desire gives life to the entire world and all its beings.

Purification of the 7 chakras

Imagine a 7 cylinder engine (the analogy is not exact but it’s close).
If I want to get the maximum throughput from the engine, all the pistons must move completely through their full range of motion along their columns right?
Similarly, to optimally use cosmic energy, don’t our 7 chakras similarly need to work in their full capacity?
How do we clear/purify all our chakras so that they can work in their full capacity?
So I thought about this, and I felt – Just like we have the lung breath, don’t we also find a similar pattern in our other chakra functions too?
So I created a hypothesis for cleansing all the chakras.

Breath cycles for each “energy type”:

7C = energy of transcendence
Be completely focused on the transcendent/beyond -> Be completely focused on the world/known

6C = energy of consciousness
Be completely conscious when awake -> Be completely unconscious when asleep

5C = energy of expression/clarity
Talk/Write/Express fully -> Go into total silence fully

4C = energy of air/interest
Breathe in fully -> Breathe out fully

3C = energy of fire[food-to-energy transformation]
Eat fully -> Assimilate fully -> Eliminate fully

2C = energy of sexuality/emotions/energy of water
Arouse fully -> orgasm peak fully -> Relax fully
Drink water fully -> eliminate water fully

1C = energy of physical
Fully work out physical body -> fully relax physical body
(Move every muscle in the body during the work out.
Flex and relax every muscle in the body fully)

States of consciousness vs. movement(happening)

Today I met my cousin after a long time, and the conversation we had seamlessly flowed from topic to topic on auto-pilot.
I was barely conscious in the whole of the conversation that transpired, it just flowed spontaneously and I was dimly witnessing the happening with very little control or consciousness of it.
These kinds of dissociated blank states happen a lot to me, esp. when I am engaged in a conversation.
Suddenly I lose consciousness of the entire context, and I feel like my memory is wiping out and refreshing every second as I speak.
Like to keep writing on water and watching your writing disappear spontaneously as you write, but yet keep writing without any plan or consciousness of the goal or context.
This always puzzled me, this state of consciousness that is.
Later after the 3 hour conversation, I wrote down everything I chatted about and it seemed to make sense in retrospect.
I felt the urge to run through the whole conversation in my mind and correctly contextualize the whole thing into my memory framework.
I often do this and resolve incomplete memories by retrospective analysis.

So I wanted to create a map for these kinds of experiences of dissociation and a loss of consciousness.
Generally when we lose consciousness, we assume we will just faint and fall down.
But this is not necessarily the case.
There are a lot of cases where our consciousness goes dim but yet that does not stop interactions and movement from happening.
Take the case, when you are crazy drunk, so drunk that the pyramidal cells in the brain are stopped from encoding to long term memory. In that situation, you move, talk, laugh, have a lot of emotions and conversations, but it is all spontaneous without any ego presence.
These are times, where things happen, but your story-making/contextualizing apparatus is offline.
The most scary version of this might be the date-rape drug or datura, which causes you to lose all will power and simply comply blindly.

I have had these experiences happen even on weed, when there is total absorption into music, so much, that when the song ends, you forget that you even heard a song and it feels like the song lasted an eternity.
Another example of this would be skydiving – that one minute fall was so immersive, my ego/contextualizing/story-making apparatus went offline during the 1 minute fall. So the fall felt like just a few moments vs. a full 60 seconds.

These experiences have always disturbed my ego/central narrative making/story making apparatus.
These events represented holes in my ego control.
Generally prospecting the future requires holding a lot in memory, we prospect the future from this memory base.
For instance if you are playing chess, to decide your next move and plan/strategize requires you to use a lot of your memory.
Imagine if you looked at the position of one chessboard piece, and then as you moved your eyes to look at the next piece, you forgot the position of your first piece, how would you ever strategize how to make the next move?
It takes an incredible amount of working memory to play.

Earlier when I had a strong ego narrative going, all my actions were much more top-down.
In the sense all my actions would be mainly determined by my central practices and goals.
Nowadays, that central narrative has thinned out so much, I find myself in a chaos, a state much closer to a incoherent dream, with various snippets of coherent meanings arising and passing with no central unifier.

So nowadays, events happen by themselves with little consciousness from my side, and then I reflect and write about it later on – extracting insights, weaving the story thread and so on.

Now coming to the abstract part:
There is either a shortage of consciousness or an excess of it relative to movement/happening.
Here are some interesting spectrums to consider:
Unconscious doing, doing > consciousness ————– Conscious doing, doing < consciousness
Happening without consciousness —————— Happening with consciousness
Little happening, high consciousness —————- Lot happening, high consciousness
Little happening, little consciousness ————— Lot happening, little consciousness
The prospect that there can be happening without my consciousness is terrifying for me.
But consciousness is just the tip of the iceberg.
Most of happening is infact unconscious, an enormous amount.

Another interesting connection is between will-power and memory.
The lowering of memory (holding on) fades away will-power in equal measure.
The self/ego is memory. And will power is a function of this.
So memory is the key stone here.
Remove memory and all vanishes.
