Everything is from God

All experience is from God.
God is basically ‘Nothing’ and all the ‘Somethings/Objects’ are his gifts.
Take the suffering as a gift, and pleasure as a gift.
Take every single sensation and thought are passing gifts.
All the somethings as opposed to nothing is a gift.
