All charisma is about the strength of the pranamaya kosha

The 5 koshas/shealths/layers covering the light of the Self.

The pranamaya kosha is the energy body.
The vibrancy of this energy body determines your extent of influence and transformative power in the world.
A hyper-vibrant body is unmistakable.
We call it different words like charisma, confidence, happy vibes, and power.
Happiness itself actually is a condition of a highly vibrant exhuberant harmonic energy state.
Harmony is a very important variable.
Without harmony/balance, the high intensity of that person, may appear threatening,
And you may instead stay away from them as much as possible.

Some people are very vibrant inside.
But because of:
1. Hyper restrictive childhood environments,
2. Very low reception from others in formative years,
3. Very hostile and critical parents creating mountains of shame,
All of the activity is sealed and very little gets out.
You mostly see them staying invisible with a poker face.
There are very strong suppressive/repressive mechanisms containing all expressions in them.
This also however can be picked up by others.
Even if you are just silent, someone who wants to mess with you will stay away,
Because he/she senses your prana power that you are bottling inside.

The prana exerts the attractive force by its own nature,
But what form it takes depends on the structure it is channeled through.
For instance there are many different forms of high prana personalities.
It could take different flavors such as:
Power, Anger, Intensity, Calmness/Balance/Equanimity, Movers/Shakers, Celebration/Joy

A very old person has a really feeble pranamaya kosha,
So it is actually quite difficult to even feel their presence.
The opposite of this, is a kid full of exhuberant energy expressing itself,
You just cannot miss the presence of the kid.

Insight on food transformations

By adding sugar, jaggery, milk, chocolate, butter, and mixing/roasting/frying,
Almost any neutral food can be transformed into an attractive sweet dish.
Even foods like bitter gourd can be made into a candy that kids can like.
Alternatively, even if a drop of poison or venom is added to a food,
The whole thing becomes instantly inedible.

This kind of food transformation power has interesting parallels with our lives too.
Some people are great at sugar coating everything, giving solace, pacifying and calming others down.
They probably developed that skill though, by living their early life in an environment surrounded by opposite kinds of people, who were full of rigidity and who would create violence, destruction, and disastrous conflagrations on a dime.
Conversely, some others are great at destroying others’ self-esteem, like how a drop of poison ruins an entire dish.

Another interesting aspect is the sheer difference in power of the positive and negative substances.
For instance it takes just a drop of poison or venom to ruin an entire food dish.
While on the other hand, to transform a neutral raw food into something palatable takes a lot of care and work.

I have always wondered about this, regarding why in existence the destructive forces are millions of times more potent than their positive counterparts.
One explanation for this could be, maybe we have not yet discovered the elixirs which are the true counterparts to what we call poison and venom.

Another explanation could be that maybe we are not in a balanced neutral plane of existence on earth.
Probably this is a feature of this planet/realm, where the potential strength of the destructive powers outweighs that of the positive by a million.
Maybe to balance this inherent power differential, destructive forces like poison and venom occur much more rarely.

My feeling is one day we might probably discover or synthesize the positive equivalents of those substances.
But as of now, this is the way it is, in my understanding.

Objects and the different worlds they connect to.

There is the ‘field/class/world/realm/abstract cloud’,
And there is the ‘instance/object/particular/literal’.
For example:
“The world of relationships” is the field/class,
While the specific relationships you have in your life,
Are the instances/objects of that field/class.

Another way to look at this (conventionally speaking) is:
Imagination/Possibility/Dream —-vs—– Reality/Actual
For instance, you could day-dream about having relationships with all the characters in your favorite TV show.
But the people whom you are directly in contact with, are the actual relationships in your life.

The direct objects are the ones that give you traction and access to the corresponding worlds they come from.
For instance, your initial relationships with primary caregivers in life shape a lot of the “world of relationships” you will experience later, unless there is a stronger influence from within or outside.

I have mostly used relationship examples here.
But this applies to everything.
The object is your point of access and introduction,
To its corresponding world.

For example, below are a bunch of technology examples:
# Smartphone field —-and—- my smartphone
# Smart band/watch field —–and—– my smartband/watch
# Laptop field —-and—- my laptop
# Desktop field —–and—- my desktop
# TV field —-and—– my tv
# Headphones/earphones field —-and—- my headphones/earphones
# Speakers field —-and—- my speaker set
# Camera field —-and—- my camera

In a way, each of the blog posts I write are also windows,
Into a certain way of seeing the existence/reality/world.
# The field of thought of the blog post —-and—– the specific blog post.

Time, Laws, and Gravity

Time = Laws = Cycles.
Time is a consequence/effect of Gravity.
Gravity is the consequence/effect of the shape/structure of the 4th dimension.
The terrain of the 4th dimension results in circular forces, and creates the binds.

If you resist time/laws, they will crush you.
All action is “bound”(boundaried) by the laws of time.
Smaller laws —-to—- Greater laws.
Some smaller laws/gravities/forces can be overcome by your force.
But when it comes to the larger laws/gravities/forces,
There is no choice but to obey or to be crushed.

The opposite of gravity is levity.
Gravity/To be pulled down/to be bound —-vs—- Levity/buoyancy/to be free.

The choice in every compulsion

There is a choice at every moment,
With an “outcome-image-sensation” about each choice.

See the choice in every compulsion.
To do X —-vs—- To not do X
Visualize the consequence/effect of both sides,
And release resistance to both the conceived outcomes.

The less resistance present, the more freedom there ‘IS’.
Freedom is a state of being in non-resistance to all possibilities.
Else to the extent there is resistance,
There is a binding/bondage and predetermination.

How you see yourself

If you see yourself as Indian, then Pakistanis are the invaders.
If you see yourself as the earth, then aliens are the invaders.
If you see yourself as the body, then viruses are the invaders.
If you see yourself as Brahma/Universe, then all is you,
Including the Pakistanis, aliens, viruses and so on.
It is like how you own your whole body when speaking about it to a doctor.
You may mention a specific organ, but you see yourself as the whole when describing.

Feelings drive the mind

The feelings determine the activities of the mind.
The mind only attends to where the heart is, in the first place.
For every ‘Mental Image’ -> There is a juice/feeling/chemistry about it.

Total flexibility, adaptability, response-ability is the greatest freedom

RULE: “What appears is not what it really is.”
This is even easier to see the more disrupted things get.

Persistence makes it more difficult to see illusions,
Because the persistent stuff imposes itself on you,
Day after day in the same way, leaving very little gaps.

But disruptions make it more easy to see between the cracks.
To see that all that appears is empty,
And is the modulation of a substrate that is completely free to change.

In my opinion, the real truth is all mixed.
There is no black and white dichotomy of [good parent, terrible parent].
The world/creation is like a forest.
It can be seen in 1000s of ways,
And all of these ways are views of the same transcendental object.

The transcendental object we call world,
Is an infinite canvas for us to project and see what we want to see.
Just like a screen is.
It carries the potential in each of its pixels,
To show a huge range of brightness and color,
And consequently appear as any picture.

All is a complex mixture.
Nothing is a pure blessing or a pure curse.
There is duality in everything.
Flexibility of perspective/vision and response-ability,
Is the truest freedom imo.

All that appears is the play of Maya.
All is an appearance.
All that appears is not what it really is.
It is the flexibility of our mind that allows us to see more,
Of the transcendental higher dimensional object we call the world.

Like how 1000s of people take videos of a place using their own cameras,
We use our minds to perceive and understand different aspects of this world.
But the world (the place itself) is beyond all the footage that was captured.
The footage is a representation and not the thing itself.

The world is an unfathomable blend of 1000s of facets.
Our minds are like travelers and explorers of this multifaceted object.
How much we travel and explore is our choice,
And is also dependent on our potential.

When it comes to Maya,
The rule is always: “Do it the way it works”.

Metaphysical law of control

Metaphysical law of control:
“You have to control yourself first,
Before you can control others.”

What makes it good/bad/right/wrong/helpful/harmful,
Is related to the relative consciousness/vision and unconsciousness/limitedness.
I.e. the intelligence (understanding) that does the controlling.

All control comes from the mind (mind-control).
All others and ‘others’ minds’ appear in your singular mind space.
If you relinquish controlling yourself,
You automatically relinquish controlling others too.
And to the degree to which you control yourself,
You control others too (directly or indirectly).

Holographic and Fractal nature of reality

Holographic principles of reality:
# “In an infinite circle, there are infinite centers.
Every point is then a center”
# “Every point is the whole looking at itself through the point.”
# Indra’s net: “In a spiders web filled with dew drops,
Every dew drop reflects every other dew drop within itself.”

All experience is:
Generated from within,
Happens within,
And is known within.
The outside is a reflection/correlation/correspondence.
(For instance, take astrology, palmistry etc.
They are all correlations on the outside,
Of what is seen/known within.)
Whatever is awakened within therefore gets awakened in the outer vision too.
You are the whole housed in the part.

Contemplate on these statements:
# Every part contains the whole.
# The whole moves the whole,
No part moves the whole.
So the notion of causation,
Which is the relationship in time between the parts,
Is only an appearance.
In the higher reality, the singular field (the ONE) moves everything,
Just like your dream at night.
The whole dream is a single play.
