In forms one is most receptive to.
For instance: As an opp-sex lover, traditional guru, spouse, child, sibling, parent, friend etc.
Whomsoever one is most open and receptive to.
What is meditation?
In my understanding:
Meditation = Deep listening = Being = Receptivity.
When I simply be, I notice I automatically get into a state of profound openness, deep listening, and receptivity.
