The root of addiction is from deprivation, not excesses

Generally it is thought a person is addicted because of an excess of something.
But on closer examination I see the excesses are only because the thing promises fulfillment but does not deliver much.
RULE: ‘The less fulfilling something is, the more addictive it is.’
The hallmark feature of addictive things is their promise, inconsistency, and fleetingness.

For instance,
People get addicted to relationships because they probably had an inconsistent relationship with their primary caregiver in childhood.
People suffering from ADHD are unable to find enough engagement, stimulation, and fulfillment from anything, so they keep shifting.

A thing that fulfills you, allows you to be free of itself.
Fulfillment is then kind of the opposite of addiction.

My understanding of business

Business is about the exchange of ‘Products/Goods and Services’.
Products are made (with time/energy/effort/some overheads or investments) and sold for a profit. The same holds true for services too.

The insight I had was that money is actually only a signifier.
Money has no value in and of itself.
Its value is only its potential to acquire products and services of value.

Supposing someone buys something for 100 and sells it for 200,
He makes a profit of 100.
But what can he do with this 100, it is only once again used to buy other products and services made or offered by other people.
So the money is simply fed back into the same system.
This system I would guess is what is referred to as the ‘world economic engine’.

Imo it bears a close resemblance to the circulatory system of blood we have in our bodies.
Money is the blood, and is used as the MEDIUM for exchange of resources (products and services).
The system is self contained, and the resources it transports are:
# Services: Direct human effort
# Products which are transformations of the resources of the earth (also created by human effort).
# Certain other living creatures on the earth that are owned in some way by individuals or governments, and some of the earth’s natural resources (esp. the rare ones).

Also, ultimately speaking,
‘All business is about the enhancement or maintenance of human well-being’ (inspired from Sadhguru).

Time, Laws, and Gravity

Time = Laws = Cycles.
Time is a consequence/effect of Gravity.
Gravity is the consequence/effect of the shape/structure of the 4th dimension.
The terrain of the 4th dimension results in circular forces, and creates the binds.

If you resist time/laws, they will crush you.
All action is “bound”(boundaried) by the laws of time.
Smaller laws —-to—- Greater laws.
Some smaller laws/gravities/forces can be overcome by your force.
But when it comes to the larger laws/gravities/forces,
There is no choice but to obey or to be crushed.

The opposite of gravity is levity.
Gravity/To be pulled down/to be bound —-vs—- Levity/buoyancy/to be free.

The choice in every compulsion

There is a choice at every moment,
With an “outcome-image-sensation” about each choice.

See the choice in every compulsion.
To do X —-vs—- To not do X
Visualize the consequence/effect of both sides,
And release resistance to both the conceived outcomes.

The less resistance present, the more freedom there ‘IS’.
Freedom is a state of being in non-resistance to all possibilities.
Else to the extent there is resistance,
There is a binding/bondage and predetermination.

How you see yourself

If you see yourself as Indian, then Pakistanis are the invaders.
If you see yourself as the earth, then aliens are the invaders.
If you see yourself as the body, then viruses are the invaders.
If you see yourself as Brahma/Universe, then all is you,
Including the Pakistanis, aliens, viruses and so on.
It is like how you own your whole body when speaking about it to a doctor.
You may mention a specific organ, but you see yourself as the whole when describing.

Feelings drive the mind

The feelings determine the activities of the mind.
The mind only attends to where the heart is, in the first place.
For every ‘Mental Image’ -> There is a juice/feeling/chemistry about it.

Total flexibility, adaptability, response-ability is the greatest freedom

RULE: “What appears is not what it really is.”
This is even easier to see the more disrupted things get.

Persistence makes it more difficult to see illusions,
Because the persistent stuff imposes itself on you,
Day after day in the same way, leaving very little gaps.

But disruptions make it more easy to see between the cracks.
To see that all that appears is empty,
And is the modulation of a substrate that is completely free to change.

In my opinion, the real truth is all mixed.
There is no black and white dichotomy of [good parent, terrible parent].
The world/creation is like a forest.
It can be seen in 1000s of ways,
And all of these ways are views of the same transcendental object.

The transcendental object we call world,
Is an infinite canvas for us to project and see what we want to see.
Just like a screen is.
It carries the potential in each of its pixels,
To show a huge range of brightness and color,
And consequently appear as any picture.

All is a complex mixture.
Nothing is a pure blessing or a pure curse.
There is duality in everything.
Flexibility of perspective/vision and response-ability,
Is the truest freedom imo.

All that appears is the play of Maya.
All is an appearance.
All that appears is not what it really is.
It is the flexibility of our mind that allows us to see more,
Of the transcendental higher dimensional object we call the world.

Like how 1000s of people take videos of a place using their own cameras,
We use our minds to perceive and understand different aspects of this world.
But the world (the place itself) is beyond all the footage that was captured.
The footage is a representation and not the thing itself.

The world is an unfathomable blend of 1000s of facets.
Our minds are like travelers and explorers of this multifaceted object.
How much we travel and explore is our choice,
And is also dependent on our potential.

When it comes to Maya,
The rule is always: “Do it the way it works”.

Metaphysical law of control

Metaphysical law of control:
“You have to control yourself first,
Before you can control others.”

What makes it good/bad/right/wrong/helpful/harmful,
Is related to the relative consciousness/vision and unconsciousness/limitedness.
I.e. the intelligence (understanding) that does the controlling.

All control comes from the mind (mind-control).
All others and ‘others’ minds’ appear in your singular mind space.
If you relinquish controlling yourself,
You automatically relinquish controlling others too.
And to the degree to which you control yourself,
You control others too (directly or indirectly).

Holographic and Fractal nature of reality

Holographic principles of reality:
# “In an infinite circle, there are infinite centers.
Every point is then a center”
# “Every point is the whole looking at itself through the point.”
# Indra’s net: “In a spiders web filled with dew drops,
Every dew drop reflects every other dew drop within itself.”

All experience is:
Generated from within,
Happens within,
And is known within.
The outside is a reflection/correlation/correspondence.
(For instance, take astrology, palmistry etc.
They are all correlations on the outside,
Of what is seen/known within.)
Whatever is awakened within therefore gets awakened in the outer vision too.
You are the whole housed in the part.

Contemplate on these statements:
# Every part contains the whole.
# The whole moves the whole,
No part moves the whole.
So the notion of causation,
Which is the relationship in time between the parts,
Is only an appearance.
In the higher reality, the singular field (the ONE) moves everything,
Just like your dream at night.
The whole dream is a single play.
