It takes desire to even open your eyes and see just about anything.
It takes desire to even subtly move any muscle at all.
This desire is actually the effect of [Voltage/Potential-difference(PD)] that exists,
Between: Where you are (state A) -> What you are pulled towards (state B),
Between: Where you are (state A) -> Future possibility (state B).
The destination may not even be a final point,
The destination may even just be a direction.
Your voltage level also determines your level of vision.
For instance, if I have a passing interest in a topic, there is low voltage,
So I just quickly skim a few articles to equalize the PD,
Causing the voltage to neutralize, and I move on to other things.
So my knowledge on that topic will be only from whatever I skimmed about it.
Whereas if I have very high voltage or super deep interest in that subject,
I’d read through multiple books like no tomorrow,
And in a short time, I’d know more about that subject that the person who just skimmed it even if he repeats that same routine for a 1000days.
High voltage also increases intensity, and that increase in intensity increases vision.
Many insights are simply not possible when there is low-voltage.
Insights are about seeing the pattern by connecting multiple dots.
If I take a spatial analogy, if you have a small torch light and stand at the fence of a football field in total darkness, you might scan a bit with the torch and conclude there is nobody there and leave.
But if you have one of those 100000 lumen mega flashlights, then you might instantly see that at the corners of the field there are a few homeless people sleeping, and also see a few dogs and cats roaming.
So that level of voltage is needed to see the larger patterns (Insight).
In the field of wonder/contemplation/devotion, the voltage/PD is so much, that no amount of your action will close the gap.
This is the realm of fundamental science say about mastering the subatomic space or the mystic who contemplates the universe or wonders about the ultimate nature of reality.
There is no end point in these desires, where the PD could be closed.
These are endless endeavours, but they are also the most profoundly moving.
A very high voltage can a self-transcending experience because it will pull all of you towards the other pole.
You become an instrument that all encompassing-ly serves something far larger than itself.
When we do daily survival tasks,
All of that is initiated by low voltage,
Because firstly there is a clear end point for every task,
And secondly those tasks need only fractional engagement from your side (very limited PD with low current flows that ebb when the tasks are done).
High Voltage, Love, Longing, Devotion, Wonder, Contemplation, Meaningfulness, Vision, Insight, Profundity, Incredible possibility, Depth, Transformation – all mean the same thing essentially.
True life only begins when you are fully drawn to die into something higher.
Until then you are living on low-voltage only, which manages only survival, but with no transformation possibility.
Illusion of infinite need that comes from intensity of deprivation
When we are extremely thirsty,
If we just go by the perceived feeling,
We’d feel we want to buy a tanker of water,
But really we might at most need a jar of water to get fully satisfied.
It is sometimes surprising how just a little of something can be enough,
Even when it comes to abstract needs like connection, belonging, recognition etc.
Intensity is the only measure of reality
More intense = More real.
Less intense = Less real.
The inside-out life expression
I’m looking at the perspective of how life expresses itself from inside out.
The something that seems to come from nothing…
The potentialities/fires that seem to arise in the inner space…
It starts off from the pure desires/abstract feelings,
And then projects and focuses itself into the outer realm.
I feel the very act of being alive is the burning of these inner fires.
Using 2nd person perspective narration:
Your life in the world,
Is like the sex between your inner fires with the world.
You are always in the state of sex (as a verb).
Your inner fires are penetrating into the world and that is what allows you to see it.
In fact whatever you see is what your inner fires are sex-ing with.
So you could say, you are always in relationship, and relating.
All experience is from relating.
This act of relate-ing, sex-ing, is going on and on, and is content agnostic.
It is like how when your eyes are open, you simply keep seeing, no matter what is in front of you.
That faculty is simply shining its light unconditionally on whatever is outside.
Similarly your life energies are simply in a state of relating and sex, being content agnostic.
This is where I think the sayings that ‘we are love itself’ come from.
Because all that you experience, is from this unconditional perfusion into the world, propelled by this longing force we call love.
The fire within burns unconditionally,
And unconditionally burns all that it touches,
And unconditionally lights up everything around it.
This is true for all of life i.e. the non-physical fire that animates.
All life is this unconditional fire.
This burning, and lighting up, is a kind of touch.
Even light falling on something is like the subtlest touch.
‘The burning’ is a more intense penetrative touch.
Even to simply just see something, is to relate with it.
You are Shiva, the fire(energy),
Penetrating into Prakriti(matter),
In a state of unconditional total relating/sex-ing.
ALL relating is sex at various levels – from the lightest touch to the most intense.
What we generally call sex in essence I think is the most intense form of relating.
To be in contact with the fire itself vs. being in its light sphere or heat sphere.
Ultimate sex is the ultimate union.
From this perspective/context: Sex = Yoga = Union.
One’s Personality = One’s Subtle Body.
Personality = Likes and Dislikes,
Forming the 0s and 1s of reality perception (tapestry).
There is a vision/awareness and then there is relationship (1,0) (like, dislike).
# When you like something, you strive to see it more, bring it more into your awareness.
# When you dislike something, you strive to see it less, push away that from your awareness.
So avoidance is a manifestation of dislike,
And approach is a manifestation of like.
Push = Avoidance —vs—– Pull = Approach.
That is the dance of Push-Pull, Attraction-Aversion, Like-Dislike.
The world is a fractal and holographic.
…To Zoom out —— To Zoom in…
In both cases you get infinity.
The more you see in one thing, the more you see everything.
The more you see everything, the more you see in one thing.
The intensity of seeing is independent of the content of seeing.
When we like, we open up the full intensity (towards 1).
When we dislike, we try to close down the intensity (towards 0).
And there are all the inbetween mixtures.
The intensity of this seeing depends on the vibrance of life energies within.
All liberation is about unconditionality, to become unconditional,
To just be full on and on, for its own sake.
Martial arts is a kind of intense form of dance
Martial arts is a form of intense dance.
That is, to understand the rhythm and patterns of the other’s movement,
And to intercept and respond.
Even if you do any of the usual dance steps very forcefully,
It will start to resemble martial arts.
A fight between 2 great masters is similar to watching a spectacular and intense dance performance.
Even good sex looks like a rhythmic dance.
There is a great similarity between:
Yoga (the physical forms), Dance, Martial arts, and Sex.
Imo Bruce Lee’s philosophy comes closest to capturing the essence of martial arts.
Its basis is in the binary of Yin-Yang.
It can also be seen as follow-lead, defense-attack, yield-force and so on.
(His martial art Jeet Kune Do itself means Jeet – defense, Kune – attack, do – the way)
Intensify the cycles
Fully experience one pole to move to the other.
Then fully experience the other to move back to the first.
All of these polarities keep swinging:
Sadness ——– Laughter
Anger ———- Joy
Pain ———— Pleasure
Suffering ——- Peace
Fear ———– Love
If you withhold anything, then you cannot let the life flow.
Emptiness will not happen if you withhold, that which you hold will become real.
You have to enable/allow/facilitate the flow/passing/process.
Die continuously to keep living anew.
Fully experiencing is the only way to let life keep moving.
This also means fully experiencing ALL the cycles.
Everything must run through.
All the wheels/cycles must spin faster and faster,
Like the spinning ceiling fan, the cycles will form the mandala, and the transcendent vision will be seen.
The intensity of time is to be accelerated.
Time being a cycle, it intensifies the rapidity of the pendulum swing/cycles.
You need to increase your vision of time.
When time becomes extremely rapid, the 2 dualities separated in time, appear as the mandala.
Make the refresh rate of cycles so quick, that you can see the whole hologram.
Live as intensely as possible.
Experience as fully as possible.
Be like the Heptapods in the movie Arrival.
To see the vision of cyclical time over long reaches.
Fast-forward your life process.
Let the karmic wind up toy completely unwind and spiral outward to the next dimension.
Kala the darkness and ignorance of time must be overcome.
Whiz through all the residual memories of the past,
And relive them and burn them as intensely as you can.
Be as awake as you can.
Intensify the cycles. Go faster.
Finish off the karma residues.
Take in more fire, and burn faster and stronger.
Increase the frequency.
More intense the life process = Higher the plane one’s being ascends to.
Let your life move like a Timelapse.
