To dance a dance,
You must find its center and first root yourself into it.
If you change the center, you change the dance.
Completing and freeing the dependence on relationships
All relationships are with parts of ourselves projected out to and as others.
The other is that part of ourselves we have projected out “as” the other.
Thus when we reclaim and own that projected part/aspect,
We neutralize the attraction, and free ourselves.
To give an analogy,
Say you have a backpack full of 100s of smartphones.
But say, you only keep 2 of those phones in your pocket,
And you have no active memory of the backpack’s existence.
Now when you see your friend showing you his phone,
You’ll recognize it, it will look familiar,
You’ll feel attracted towards it, and want to possess it.
But if you realize you are carrying a backpack full of them,
And look inside it,
You’d find that you own that exact same model.
Then there is no longer an attraction to the other’s phone,
But rather, you can enjoy exploring the phone’s features together.
Because now there is a commonality and you also own that same model.
The very act of relating is like a play or dance.
The question is then whether it is conscious or unconscious.
A conscious relationship is like a conscious dance done willingly from both sides,
(i.e. conscious projection and introjection),
While an unconscious relationship is like an unconscious dance happening compulsively from both sides,
(i.e. unconscious projection and introjection).
Once you own all aspects of yourself, you become whole,
And realize that all the others are representative of potentials of your own consciousness.
Then there is nothing that you lack, that can only be got from the other.
Rather, whatever you experience as the other, is instantly owned.
The same would apply to ‘aversion to others’ too.
It is the aversion of the projected aspect of ourselves that we believe we are.
So there can be 2 steps:
First the delusion (false Introjection), and then Projection.
To free the identity from all these introjections,
Is to contemplate and realize our essence is beyond all of this,
And is transcendent of all of these appearances,
Which are all but only one of the possibilities of our infinite nature.
Martial arts is a kind of intense form of dance
Martial arts is a form of intense dance.
That is, to understand the rhythm and patterns of the other’s movement,
And to intercept and respond.
Even if you do any of the usual dance steps very forcefully,
It will start to resemble martial arts.
A fight between 2 great masters is similar to watching a spectacular and intense dance performance.
Even good sex looks like a rhythmic dance.
There is a great similarity between:
Yoga (the physical forms), Dance, Martial arts, and Sex.
Imo Bruce Lee’s philosophy comes closest to capturing the essence of martial arts.
Its basis is in the binary of Yin-Yang.
It can also be seen as follow-lead, defense-attack, yield-force and so on.
(His martial art Jeet Kune Do itself means Jeet – defense, Kune – attack, do – the way)
See polarity pairs together
Each polarity-pair is a dimension-spectrum of experience.
It is like the motion of the pendulum from left to right, then right to left.
Each explicit manifest polarity, houses within itself the implicit potential opposite polarity.
So every swing creates a potential, for which there is a compensatory movement to the opposite pole.
There are a bunch of such pendulums swinging, some wildly and some softly.
So we bob back and forth from the 0, for each polarity-set or dimension-spectrum.
This dance of polarity with its momentum is the dance of experience itself.
It is this movement that manifests experience itself.
Everything is known or experienced only in contrast.
There is only the inversion of the explicit and implicit in experience-time.
For instance, richness is implicit to the explicit experience of poverty, and vice versa.
For each polarity-set,
There are cycles/vibrations happening at different amplitudes/strengths and periods/rates.
Which keep on increasing as we go from:
Universe -> World/Earth -> Body senses -> Mind -> Consciousness.
For instance, the Saturn orbit cycle is 29 years,
While night and day cycle on earth is 24 hours.
Going further, your senses are working at an even faster vibration rate/clock speed.
Then going even further your mind is at an even faster vibration rate/clock speed,
Because it is the mind that interprets the senses and their data.
And finally, we have ‘Consciousness’ itself which operates at the highest clock speed/finest fastest vibratory rate.
Consciousness is like the primordial substrate of experience,
The primordial aliveness that lets you experience anything.
The flows and paradoxes of existence
To Effort/Exert, To Relax
To Change, To Accept
To Influence, To be Influenced
To Oppose/Resist/Fight, To Merge/Surrender
To Convert, To be Converted
To Impress, To be Impressed upon
To Emerge, To Merge
To attract others to you, To be attracted to others
The anger/force of war, The cry/transformation of defeat
To condition the outside, To be conditioned by the outside
An instrument and power is given, the instrument and power is then withdrawn
These are like the waves rising and falling into the ocean.
The laws of existence are a paradox:
The lower you go willingly, the higher you rise.
The more you devote, the more you become worthy of devotion.
The more you surrender, the more powerful you become.
The more you accept and work with defeat, the greater the success that comes to you.
The more you resist, things persist, while total acceptance allows change.
Expansion and Contraction
Is the constant pulse of life.
The heart is expanding-contracting,
The lungs are expanding-contracting,
The pulse at your nerves is expanding-contracting,
The digestive system peristalsis is constantly pumping,
i.e. expanding-contracting,
Even at the subtle layers,
Your mind also expands and contracts,
Your emotion also expands and contracts,
Wakefulness also expands and contracts,
Really life and death are the grandest expansions and contractions.
The better you are at releasing trapped stuff,
The more you can take in, in the next cycle.
Different masters have different kriyas or techniques for this purpose.
For instance:
# Osho’s Dynamic Meditation
# Sadhguru’s Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya
# Sri Sri Ravishankar’s Sudarshana Kriya
And so on.
Journaling/Writing is an excellent way too.
We all need to purge things from our lives that do not serve us anymore.
The idea is to keep the flow going.
Empty yourself fully, to receive fully again.
And this dance goes on,
Carrying you through evolution itself.
Pleasure is a relationship

Pleasure is from a “deep willingness” to “open/include/relate/connect/absorb/commune/merge” your “intelligence” with the other.
It is from the merging of 2 intelligences done willingly.
You “allow” yourself to “dance” and be “touched/moved/uplifted/transformed”.
This mutual interrelationship stirs the depths and plays a rhapsody.
There is a sense of timeless absorption, rapture, and bliss
This ecstasy of union is the highest pleasure.

Masculine or Feminine is relative to each interaction
Here I am presenting something more abstract, focusing on masculine and feminine on the lines of yang-yin and as a spontaneous polarization dance that happens.
Here, whether you are [male or female] is specific to [each interaction].
Think of it in terms of [energetic forces].
It is a polarization that materializes/arises and passes depending on the energy interaction.
Like a dance emerges with the stronger force passing over transformation to the smaller force.
Some examples:
If I am chiseling wood – I am masculine, the wood is feminine
If a woman takes care of her infant – The woman is masculine, the infant is feminine
If you are listening to a great speech – The speaker is masculine, you are feminine.
If you are conveying a specific point to someone – You are masculine, the listener is feminine.
…And so on
Equivalent Spectrums:
Masculine ——- Feminine
Giving ———- Receiving
Potter ———- Clay
Energy ———- Matter
Transformer —– Transformed
Yang ———— Yin
Speaker ——— Listener
Spirit ———- Matter
Unmanifest —— Manifest
The whole moves the whole

The whole moves the whole (truth)
No part moves the whole (illusion of agency)
No part moves another part (illusion of causation)
The whole has no history (story/narrative illusion)
It is ever refreshing, ever renewing (dance of the ONE)
The whole is alive (I am aliveness)
