A building is similar to a human body

A lot of what we engineer and design is in the image of nature.
For instance, a building is similar to the human body in design.
Security = Immune system
Lift/Stairs = Circulatory system
Plumbing = Water system/Excretory system
Electrical system = Nervous system
Building Beams and Columns = Skeletal system
Bricks, Cement, Paint = Muscular/Skin system
Fans/ACs = Cooling system/Sweat glands.
Natural Gas system = Digestive(fire) system.

We design like nature because,
Ultimately we want all designs to serve us,
i.e. to enhance our well-being and riches.
So technology will come closer and closer to our bio-machine,
Finally integrate itself into it, taking us to trans-humanism.
Eventually it will remove time-space limitations fully.
We would form a singular global net,
With instant communication/experience possibilities.

The limitations of time – Social/Clock time and Existential.

Supposing you moved to a paradise island,
With no humans around,
And no watch or time keeping device with you,
You would be free of clock time.
Clock time is also Social time.
The reason for the clock is mainly to coordinate one’s life activity with others.

Being free of social/clock time would free you from one set of limitations.
But one would still not escape time itself,
Because there is also existential time,
Which is kept by the body itself.
In fact all social time is build around the rules/laws of existential time which is really the foundation.
The freedom of human activity is dependent on the freedoms offered by the cycles of existential time.

So what is existential time?
Existential time is of the body cycles.
How long can I sit?
How long can I stand?
How long can I meditate?
How long can I talk?
How long can I be silent?
How long can I work (Physical and Mental)?
How long can I enjoy?
How long can I be creative?
How long can I be awake?
How long can I sleep?
How long can I be healthy?
How long can I socialize?
How long can I be alone?
How long can I stay at home?
How long can I be outside or travel?
…and so on.
So these cycles would still happen,
Even after you remove yourself,
From all civilization, social environments, and the clock.
Now, is it possible to overcome these existential limitations?
Are these limitations a given as long as I exist in the body?
Is there a dimension of my being that is free from these limitations?
Is there a dimension of my being that is eternal and not subject to time?
Is it possible to be and stay conscious of that dimension?
That is the next contemplation.

Higher power comes from higher alignment

All that we think as sources of power,
Are really vessels of power, not the sources.
From limited vision, that looks like they are sources.
For instance, we think food is the source of energy for us.
But where does food gets its energy from?
The tree?, and where does the tree get it from?, the sun?
So from a broader vision, the sun is the real source.
But, where does the sun get its energy from?
In this manner, if we follow the chain, we see that all that we call sources of energy are only vessels of energy, capable of storing and emanating energy received from higher sources.

Knowing what to do with yourself i.e. your BMEE (body, mind, emotion, energy), comes from alignment.
# Body aligned to physical cosmos (physical universe)
# Mind aligned to cosmic intelligence (sea of intelligence/mental universe)
# Emotions aligned to cosmic emotion laws (astral universe)
# Energy aligned to cosmic energy (sea of energy)
When in alignment, everything happens of itself, effortlessly and spontaneously.

Figuring out my diet is like playing minesweeper

minesweeper

The more empty I keep myself,
And the more mindfully I consume,
The less I eat,
The simpler I eat,
And the more I clearly notice the whole experience,
I can see that food and drugs are the same thing.
Everything alters experience.

The dilemma I face is,
Whatever I eat, has its pros and cons.
Even the super foods work on some days and not on others.
And some stuff feels great one day, and meh on another.
My body is the lab,
And my work is food experimentation,
To find out the best food that is pure bliss.

For now, whatever I put inside me,
When finely finely observed,
Causes some pain or discomfort or the other.
If not immediately, in the following hours.
So it feels like I am playing minesweeper.
I keep trying different controlled experiments,
And mark off all the bomb foods.

The self and other are interchangeable

There is self expansion.
And there is self contraction.
When the self expands,
You include the other as self.
When the self contracts,
What was self earlier is seen as an other.

This happens so many times in our day to day life.
What was once the most exciting thing,
After some time, once all the juice gets extracted,
The very same thing becomes a burden.
Maybe we explore a new philosophical system,
And then completely separate ourselves from that later.
All of these are cases where,
In the moment of expansion = we absorbed an other into self.
And in the moment of contraction = we detached a portion of self and made it an other.

We feel the body is self,
When we want to do so many things in the world with it.
But once we complete everything,
The body gets removed from the self,
and is seen as an other, as a kind of burden.
What was once an asset is seen as a liability.

So the implications are many.
One of them is that,
The way you treat others is eventually going to become the way you treat yourself.
This is because, initially the self is expanded, and its dominion is large (the others are far out).
But when the self contracts, what was once seen as self becomes the other, and you start treating that as such.
Your own body can become an other to you.

So the self-other is a changing dynamic,
Waxing and waning.
Expanding and contracting.
When contracted your aperture greatly shrinks.
When expanded your aperture greatly widens.
When expanded all that you thought was other becomes you.
When contracted all that you thought was you becomes an other.

That is why in profound lsd (or psychedelic) trips say,
Owing to the dramatic expansion of self/widening of aperture,
We start to connect with everything.
And similarly in our most contracted moods,
We see everything as a threatening or burdensome other,
Which might even include our entire body.
